Article 1 – Organizer

 Lagardère Travel Retail Belgium sa/nv, with registered office at Vliegveld 132A – 1820 Steenokkerzeel – Belgium, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0424 748 350 (hereinafter ‘the Organizer’), is organizing a free competition with no purchase necessary entitled:

"Win your tickets to Rosalia's concert with Calvin Klein Euphoria"

(hereinafter the "Contest").

The Contest is organized by Lagardère Travel Retail Belgium sa/nv. The Calvin Klein brand is associated with the Contest for promotional purposes only and does not assume legal responsibility for its organization.

Article 2 – Conditions of participation

The Contest is open to any natural person:

• aged 18 or over;
• excluding members of the Organizer's staff, Brand staff and their relatives.
• physically located in Belgium at the time of participation

Participation is strictly free and without obligation to purchase. Participation in the contest is therefore accessible independently of any purchase and only via the form provided in the store.

Any attempt at fraud and any multiple or automated participation will result in the immediate exclusion of the participant.

Article 3 – Terms and conditions of participation

The Contest takes place:

• In Terminal A of Brussels Airport, from 19 February to 28 February 2026
• In Terminal B of Brussels Airport, from 1 March to 15 March 2026

Entries registered in each terminal are strictly independent and are not combined between terminals.

The participations recorded in each terminal are strictly independent and are not cumulative between terminals.

To participate, the participant must:

1. Correctly answer the following question:
    "Name 6 olfactory notes used in Calvin Klein's Euphoria perfume?"
2. Answer the following tiebreaker question, intended solely to break any ties:
   "How many people will participate in this competition during its validity period?"

Incomplete, illegible or late responses will be invalidated.

Reasonable spelling variations or synonyms may be accepted at the Organizer's discretion.

Article 4 – Selection of the winner

The winners will be selected according to the following procedure:

1. A separate count will be carried out for each terminal.
2. Entries from Terminal A and Terminal B will be ranked separately and independently.
3. One winner will be selected per terminal in accordance with the procedure described below.

• Only participants who have correctly answered the main question will be considered.
• In the event of a tie, the closest answer to the tiebreaker question will be decisive.
• In the event of a new tie, the participant who submitted their entry first will be designated the winner (for this purpose, the entries will be collected every day).

No random draw will be conducted.

The votes will be counted by a representative of the Organizer. The choice of winners will be final and cannot be appealed.

The same participant may only be designated as a winner once during the entire Contest.

Article 5 – Prize

The contest has a prize fund of:

1 x 2 tickets for Rosalia's concert, awarded to the winner of Terminal A;

1 x 2 tickets for Rosalia's concert, awarded to the winner of Terminal B;

The concert will take place in Antwerp, on Monday, April 27, 2026, at the AFAS Dome.

The prize:

• is not tradable,
• is not refundable,
• is not convertible into cash,
• cannot be compensated.

The Organizer reserves the right to replace the prize with a prize of equivalent value in the event of force majeure.

Article 6 – Announcement of the winner

Each winner will be contacted exclusively by email no later than 10 calendar days after the end date of the contest in which he or she participated

They must provide, within 7 calendar days, the postal address to which the prize can be sent.

If no response is received within this period, the prize will be awarded to another participant in accordance with the procedure described in Article 4.

Article 7 – Liability

The Organizer cannot be held responsible for:

• the cancellation, postponement or modification of the concert;
• any incident that occurred during the event;
• technical issues beyond its control;
• errors in the contact information provided by the participant.

Participation implies acceptance of the general terms and conditions of the event venue.

Article 8 – Personal data

The data controller is Lagardère Travel Retail Belgium sa/nv.

The data collected is processed exclusively in the context of the management of the Contest, on the basis of the execution of these rules.

The data will be kept until the date of the concert, unless otherwise required by law.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), each participant has:

• a right of access,
• a right of rectification,
• a right of erasure,
• a right of restriction,
• a right to object.

Article 9 – Acceptance of the rules

Participation in the Contest implies full and complete acceptance of these rules.

The rules are available free of charge at the address printed on the entry forms or on request in store.

Article 10 – Applicable law

These regulations are subject to Belgian law.

Any dispute relating to its interpretation or execution shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.

In the event of any discrepancy between the different language versions of these rules, the English version shall prevail.
