Job Offer

Lagardère Travel Retail Belgium is urgently looking for a corporate controller with significant knowledge in controlling and finance.


  • Preparation, follow up and analysis of the business KPI’s reporting
  • Review of the monthly reporting (P/L, balance sheet and cash flow) and analysis of the variances (vs historic – budget)
  • Monitoring and analysis of the stocks and working capital
  • Preparation of the budget and the business plan
  • Collect and analyse business data and propose corrective actions
  • Review and analyse company internal control policies
  • Project management (on a case by case basis)
  • Report directly to the CFO of the Belgian entity (right hand of the CFO).


  • Bachelor or Master's degree in an economic or finance field or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experiences in audit and corporate finance within a Big Four,
        who combines financial knowledge with solid advisory skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Hands-on and with an entrepreneurship mindset are key qualities of the candidate.
  • Knowledge of IBM Cognos is an asset.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Fluent in spoken and written French, English and Dutch
