We are currently hiring students willing to join us in sales during the summer (July, august, September). You will be part of a dynamic sales team in one of our shops in Travel Essentials, Duty Free & Fashion and Foodservice. Our large range of luxury products and the excellent customer service are a source of inspiration for our customers leading their shopping experience to a higher level.

Job description

We are looking for motivated students willing to reinforce the sales team. You will be working in an international and dynamic environment at Brussels Airport. You are flexible and able to work within a variable schedule, in shifts between 6am till 10pm, including weekends and holidays.

You will be in charge of :

  • A warm welcome of our clients making them feel at home in our shop.
  • Assisting the customers in choosing their products giving them a professional and expert advice.
  • Payment of the products at cash desk and deal with the cash desk processes.
  • Overall management of the shop (cleanliness, stock management, …) and guarantee attractive and orderly store shelves.
  • Assisting the customers with the self-check out.

Profile

Are you the student we are looking for?

  • Working within a variable schedule is fine with you.
  • You are always on time and work accurately.
  • You speak fluently: English, Dutch, French
  • You interact easily with international customers and different cultures.
  • You are a real teamplayer.
  • You are focused on everything which is sales related.
  • You represent the values and standards of the company and you have a well-groomed appearance.

Lagardère Travel Retail Belgium is currently hiring a dynamic sales man/woman to reinforce our team. Our shops at Brussels Airport offer a unique shopping experience in Travel Essentials, Duty Free & Fashion & Foodservice. With a high-end offer of luxury goods and an exceptional customer service, we are looking for someone who can lift the client experience to a higher level.

You will be working in a fast and changing environment within a variable schedule including weekends and holidays, between 6am and 22 pm.

You will be in charge of:

  • Offering a warm and excellent customer service
  • Giving professional and expert advice
  • Payment of the products at cash desk and check that cash desk is correct
  • Overall management of the shop (cleanliness, stock management and guarantee attractive and orderly store shelves.
  • Assist the clients with the self-check out procedures.

We are looking for a flexible and motivated person able to:

  • Work within a variable schedule.
  • Interact easily with international customers and different cultures.
  • Be a strong teamplayer.
  • Speak fluently English, Dutch and French
  • Passionate about sales and having a sales experience.
  • Graduated in high school or similar by experience.

A 9 to 5 job is not like you? A variable schedule will fit you like a glove. We propose you to work in shifts between 6am and 10pm, including weekends and holidays.

Lagardère Travel Retail, with its high-end offer of luxury shops, offers you an exclusive opportunity to join the sales team of one of the Estée Lauder Companies shops. We are hiring a passionate person willing to inspire our clients and provide them an exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

You have some experience in sales, you are able to represent the brand and advise the customers. You are very involved with the range of luxury products and have excellent language skills, in particular a good knowledge of English. You will be working in an international environment at Brussels airport committed to diversity and culture.
